Cancellation / Rescheduling
You have up until 48 hours prior to your reservation to reschedule.
[Example:] If you are scheduled on a Saturday at 7pm then you until 2 days prior, Thursday at 7pm the latest to call, cancel and reschedule.
Reservations are not refundable and only reschedulable once after the first reservation and must
must be used within 90 days of the original date of purchase.
Arrival / Start time
Please strive to arrive at 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation as class starts promptly to ensure the upcoming scheduled classes start at their appointed time.
If you do happen to arrive after the scheduled reservation, you will begin your workshop class at the present point of instruction from the instructor.
Sharing a Candle Reservation
Each guest must have a booked reservation. There is no guarantee of space for a last minute booking. Each stationed seat is accounted 24 hours before booking. We understand others may want to come to spectate however space is the shop is very limited and only allotted for reserved guest.
If there happens to be an open seat we still ask they have a paid reservation as non active participants could be a distraction to the class.
Candle Takeaway Options
Many may not know this but hot wax takes several minutes to solidify for safe transportation.
Listed below are the 3 Options available for receiving your candle.
1 &1/2 Hours:
You are allowed to pick up your candle 90 minutes (An hour and a half) after the class has ended to ensure enough solidification of the candle.
[Example:] If your session started at 6:30pm, your class will end typically an hour after that start time around 7:30pm which means you can come back at 9pm to pick up your candle or come back the next scheduled open day of the shop.
Dates vary and can be discussed after class with instructor
The Gleeful Candle is open Wednesday & Thursday 6pm-9pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am-2pm
(Must call prior to arriving to confirm the shop is open at the time your arrival for pickup)
You may have your candle shipped for a flat rate fee of $7 per candle anywhere to an U.S. Shipping address
(Your address details will be taken after your scheduled class)
Do I need a reservation or can I just walk in?
Yes, reservations are required due to a limited number of seats. You have until 24hrs to book for a session prior to the sate date and time .
We recommend booking in advance as our classes often fill up quickly!
Whats Included in the session?
The price includes all the materials needed for the class, the vessel and fragrances of your choice, a step-by-step instruction on how to make your candle
How big are the candles?
Our candles are currently 9oz jars holding about 7oz of soy wax with a 36-40h hour burn time.
Is there a minimum or maximum class size?
Sessions are typically between 6-12 people, depending on how many bookings for that day. There is no minimum requirement to book and as for
private events, no event is too big or too small!
How long does the session last?
Typically 45-60 mins. The more people in the session the longer the session time.
Can kids participate?
Yes! Due to safety precautions, we allow kiddos only 10 years & older to make candles .
